Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013

As you are aware by now, the Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA) come into effect as from 1 July 2021.

Accordingly, Cecilia Hall Properties, t/a Circle Properties has had to make some changes to our terms and conditions of business and our Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be reviewed online www.circleproperties.co.za it is important for you to understand why, how and for what purpose we process your personal information. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to safeguarding your information and only processing it in a manner which is lawful. Please note that all parties accepting our updated Ts&Cs will be consenting to us collecting, storing, and processing personal information, for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

All queries regarding POPIA and your personal information can be made by emailing Circle properties at accounts@circleproperties.co.za. Here you can: - request access to the personal information we hold about you at any time; - request us to delete or update personal information we hold about you; - notify us if you feel that we are not processing your information in the correct manner, or that your information is being used for a purpose other than that for what it was originally intended; and - any other information or queries related to Circle Properties POPIA compliance.

If you are satisfied with the way we have handled your personal information in the past, no further action is required from you.
